Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure the Equipment

  Place the product in its original packaging, including all antennas, mounting hardware, power supplies, and instruction manuals to ensure full credit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and use a trackable carrier to send the package back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the contents and condition of the returned electronics, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
